Oven Baked, Breaded Fish Nuggets from MSC Alaska Pollock Fillet Chunks.

Ingredients

ALASKA POLLOCK (Theragra chalcogramma) 60%, flour (corn,rice), potato flour, starch (corn, potato), sunflower oil, modified corn starch, salt, white pepper, paprika extract E 160c.

How To Cook

Pan fry:
Heat some butter or oil in the pan, cook the frozen fish nuggets on medium heat for 6-8 minutes until golden brown, turn regularly.

Deep Fry:
Preheat fryer to 180ºC, deep fry the frozen fish nuggets for 4 minutes. After frying, dab the fish nuggets with paper towel for a delicious crispy result.

Oven:
Preheat the oven 230ºC, place the frozen fish nuggets on a wired tray in the middle of the oven for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.



PAN FRY

Heat some butter or oil in the pan, cook the frozen fish nuggets on medium heat for 6-8 minutes until golden brown, turn regularly.



OVEN

Preheat the oven 230ºC, place the frozen fish nuggets on a wired tray in the middle of the oven for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.



DEEP FRY

Preheat fryer to 180ºC, deep fry the frozen fish nuggets for 4 minutes. After frying, dab the fish nuggets with paper towel for a delicious crispy result.
