How To Cook

Pan fry:
Fry in preheated pan with a little oil for 5-8 minutes on each side. Keep the pan covered.

Deep Fry:
Preheat fryer to 180ÂșC, deep fry the frozen fish nuggets for 4 minutes. After frying, dab the fish nuggets with paper towel for a delicious crispy result.

Oven:
Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 15 minutes, sprinkled with olive oil.
